What is the Acura Maintenance Schedule?

The Acure service schedule is separated by mileage, meaning, that once you reach certain mileage intervals, you’ll need to bring your vehicle in for specific services. Keep in mind that the Acura maintenance schedule is not one size fits all–it will vary from car to car depending on factors like the age of your vehicle and the types of conditions you drive in. Nevertheless, here is the Acura service schedule by mileage: 

• Acura Oil Change Service: An Acura oil change should generally occur every 3 to 6 months, or roughly every 3,000 to 7,500 miles (check your vehicle’s manual for a specific time frame).
• Battery Replacement Service: Every 3 to 4 years, you’ll want to replace your Acura battery. And if you notice your battery is leaking, you’ll want to take in your car for service right away.
• Brake Pad Replacement Service: Between 30,000 and 60,000 miles
• Brake Fluid Replacement Service: Every 2 years
• Tire Rotation Service: Every 6 months or 7,500 miles
• Tire Replacement Service: 25,000 to 50,000 miles
• Transmission Fluid Replacement Service: 30,000 to 60,000 miles for manual; 60,000 to 100,000 miles for automatic
• Coolant Replacement Service: Every 2 to 3 years
