How Do I Put Air in My Acura Tires?

How to Turn off Your Tire Pressure Light

Once you figure out your RDX tire pressure amount and fill up your tires, you might still see the TPMS light on. This is perfectly normal, and usually, the light just needs to be reset. If you’re unsure how to turn off the tire pressure light on your Acura, just follow these simple steps: 

1. Drive around at above 50 mph for at least 10 minutes. This should reset the light. 
2. If the light still comes on, then turn the key to the “on” position without starting the vehicle. Hold the TPMS button until you see the light blink three times. Then, release the button, and drive the car for about 20 minutes so that the system can reset. 
3. Inflate all of your Acura vehicle’s tires over 3 PSI of the recommended amount. 
4. After you do this, deflate all of the tires, and then inflate them to their normal amount.
5. Turn off your car, then disconnect the positive battery terminal. 
6. Push the horn for at least three seconds, and then reconnect the battery terminal.
